Inkloft Instant Hot Peel DTF Film is a premium 75 micron matt/matt film developed for high-quality Direct-to-Film printing and demanding production environments.
Featuring high ink absorption, low shrinkage and anti-static properties, the film is designed to provide consistent printing, accurate image reproduction and reliable powder application.
The coating is optimised for use with DuPont™ Artistri® DTF inks, making it an ideal choice for printers looking for vibrant colour, excellent detail and dependable day-to-day performance.
The instant hot peel construction allows the film to be peeled immediately after pressing, helping reduce production time and allowing transfers to move quickly through the workflow.
Available in 30 cm, 33 cm, 42 cm and 60 cm widths, Inkloft Hot Peel Film is suitable for both smaller-format and high-volume DTF production.

Printing
Print onto the coated matt side of the film.
Inkloft Hot Peel Film is suitable for use with both manual and automatic DTF powder application.
Apply your chosen DTF adhesive powder evenly while the printed ink is still wet, then cure according to the requirements of your adhesive powder and equipment.
The films high ink absorption helps maintain a clean, defined print while providing a suitable surface for consistent powder adhesion.
Heat Press Application
As a starting point, we recommend:
- Temperature: 150–160°C
- Time: 10–15 seconds
- Pressure: Medium
- Peel: Immediate hot peel
After pressing, remove the film immediately while the transfer is hot. Peel smoothly and evenly in one continuous motion.
Pressing conditions can vary depending on the garment, adhesive powder, heat press and production environment. Always test before commencing full production.
For improved wash durability and finish, a short second press using suitable release paper can be used where appropriate.

Storage
Store in the original packaging in a cool, dry environment, away from direct sunlight and excessive humidity.
Allow the film to acclimatise to the printing environment before use. Avoid unnecessary contact with the coated surface and keep the film clean and dry.
